In addition we daily prepare small batches of cookies, cupcakes, scones, muffins and other baked goods. This lovely neighborhood bakery is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of fresh brewed coffee and pastry baked from scratch.

Bake Rejoice is owned and operated by Joyce Shepherd. She established Bake Rejoice in 2008 after 12 years of working in some of Dallas' premier bakeries in all capacities from head decorator to chef owner.

Joyce is a graduate of the El Centro College culinary program where she participated in the apprenticeship program.
